We use information to operate the service, personalize learning, provide feedback, maintain security, support learners, understand product quality, and meet legal obligations. We do not use learning data to make unrelated high-impact decisions.

Information may be processed by service providers that help operate IELTS27, subject to appropriate agreements. Retention periods will be based on product need, account status, safety, and legal requirements.
